Guidance
Find the change that will make your working day easier.
Know which job is worth taking off your hands and what it will take to do it. If you're answering emails after work, rebuilding quotes or copying details between tools, our guidance gives you a practical starting point.
You get independent AI advice and a written recommendation before committing to another subscription or a build. We look at the work you would remove, the effort left to check it and the costs of running the proposed solution.
Know what to change before paying for another tool.
Get a written recommendation about the work eating into your day.
Your situation
Bring the work that is getting in the way.
A written proposal
See the recommended change and its reasons.
Your decision
Choose whether to act on the proposal.
The recommendation can be to change a process or leave AI out.
Start with the job you keep catching up on
Tell us what you put off until the evening, copy by hand or keep reminding someone to finish. We investigate how you and your team actually work, then confirm that understanding with you. That includes the tools you use, where your files live, who needs the information and which decisions stay with you.
The recommendation may involve AI, a setting in software you already own or a simpler way of organising the work. If a tool creates more checking than it removes, that belongs in the advice.
Know what you're paying to improve
The proposal explains what should change, why we recommend it and which decisions still need a person. It gives you something concrete to discuss with an implementer and use when deciding what to fund.
Commissioning guidance does not commit you to a build. You can decide whether the proposed improvement is worth pursuing before paying for implementation.
Get an answer that isn't tied to selling you software
We do not resell software or take referral commission. If your existing tools can do the job, we can recommend using them. If AI is not worth introducing yet, we can say that too.
Bring one headache
You don't need a technical brief. Describe one recurring job you want off your desk and what you wish were ready instead. A short call helps establish whether guidance is the right starting point.
Our existing commitment
Leave with a written proposal that names the problem worth fixing and argues for it, even if the verdict is that you don't need AI yet, or you do not pay.
